It's not exactly "creative" as it is "random doodles."
I just draw anything that comes to mind. The only trouble I have is trying to piece everything together.

Being able to express something like this innately and without extraneous effort is what creativity is. At least, that's my definition.

If you have to "think" to be "creative" you're more often than not recalling sections or pieces of past ideas and/or designs rather than creating.

If this is random doodling, using your cognitive creativity must shake the very foundation of earth.

Or something like that. (-:
